PB & J Smoothie

A yummy twist on your favorite child hood peanut butter & jelly! 1-2 to 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (depending on how thick you like it)1/2 cup plain greek yogurt1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or raspberries)1 Tbs. ground flaxseed Stevia to taste (if you like it a little sweeter)Now just blend blend blend! The flaxseed is optional, but it's a great source of omega 3s and fiber, plus it kinda represents the "bread" of your PB&J!
