Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
I love cookies. Okay, everyone loves cookies... But cookie dough might be even better. And cookie dough for breakfast? Yeah... I said it. That's the thought that sparked this creation. I think I did pretty well at making a healthy "cookie dough" breakfast! I really love experimenting with new flavors and combinations of overnight oats! I just have so much fun throwing in whatever I want and eating the surprise in the morning! And this jar of "cookie dough" was an oh so delicious surprise! Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Overnight Oats1/2 cup old fashioned oats1 scoop Perfect Fit protein powder (protein powder makes it thick & chewy like cookie dough!)2 Tbs. Greek yogurt (gives it a nice creamy texture)1 Tbs. chia seeds (great source of omega 3s, antioxidants, and thickens up the oats!)1 tsp. stevia1/2 tsp. vanilla extractdash of cinnamon1Tbs. chocolate chips1 cup almond milkNutriton Facts: 406 cal, 51 c, 29 p, 12 f, 10 grams sugarCombine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir very well. Leave in the fridge to soak overnight and enjoy cold in the morning!
