How to make healthy French toast!

French toast is easily one of favorite breakfast around the world. However all... we know that it is not the healthiest. Traditional French toast is full of fat, sugar and white bread usually, and not is full of high fructose corn syrup syrup forget.! But fortunately it is actually very easy to make it healthy!
