How to make healthy French toast!
French toast is easily one of favorite breakfast around the world. However all... we know that it is not the healthiest. Traditional French toast is full of fat, sugar and white bread usually, and not is full of high fructose corn syrup syrup forget.! But fortunately it is actually very easy to make it healthy! We're going to! Extract 2 slices of Raisin-cinnamon bread Ezekiel (or healthy choice bread) 1/3 cup egg tbsp. almond whites2 milkDash of vanilla (optional) 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon of stevia for sweetening (optional) instead of cooking the French toasted in butter or Pam, use a kitchen organic coconut oil spray. Beat egg whites, vanilla, cinnamon, almond milk and stevia. Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture and soak each side until it is very wet. Cook your toast in a skillet over medium heat and flip after a few minutes.
