*Make sure you are using plain, pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling. Canned pumpkin pie fillings are full of added sugar and preservatives... Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Hey everyone! Going along with the whole Pumpkin craze, I thought I should make some pumpkin spice muffins! These are the perfect fall treat! And guess what? They're under 70 calories and only have one gram of sugar, but you would never guess! This recipe is also gluten and dairy free! Hope you enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice Muffins
(Makes 12 muffins)
* I didn't add any stevia and I thought they were delicious but, if you want them sweeter, go ahead and add it.

Pumpkin Banana Oat Pancakes
Healthy pumpkin pancakes perfect for a fall morning!
Pumpkin Banana Oat Protein Pancakes1/4 cup rolled oats (will be used as oat flour)1/2 a banana1 scoop Perfect Fit Protein Powder (can substitute extra oat flour)1/4 cup pure canned pumpkin1/4 cup egg whites1/4 cup almond milk1 tsp. steviaCinnamonPumpkin pie spice*1. First in a food processor, blend the oats until they are fine flour. Blend in the banana (or you can use a fork and mash it in.)
2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add in protein powder, pumpkin and spices.3.Whisk in egg whites and slowly add in almond milk.4. Cook in a sprayed pan on medium for a few minutes each sideAdd your favorite toppings and Enjoy!
