Chocolate Chip Cookies of protein (vegan and Gluten-free)
Hey guys! I made some chocolate super easy protein cookies chips today! Make that double chocolate... I'd like to call these cookies 66. Why? Because they have only 6 ingredients and lot only makes 6 cookies, so you don't have too many cookies sitting! I made mine vegan and free of gluten due to some of the igredients before, but I have notes below for subsitiutes who are not vegans. These "cookies" are a perfect healthy treat and a packed with protein, fiber, antioxidants and a little sweet! It was inspired by the recipe of the naked skeleton blog, but only made some tweaks. I hope you try them!1 tablespoon of chocolate or vanilla protein powder banana1 * 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed2 TSP chia seeds1 TBS. Pb2 * 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips * 1. Banana mash with protein powder and Pb22. Mix the flax seeds, seeds of chia and chocolate chips3. Add a little water if the dough is to thick4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes and let cool.* to use protein perfect fit, which is organic, raw material, vegan and gluten-free. Be sure to use a vegan protein if you want cookies to be vegan. If not, that's okay! Still going to be tasty and protein-packed, not vegan. * Pb2 is peanut butter on powder or peanut flour. It has 85% less fat and calories than regular peanut butter. But, if you don't have Pb2 you can use regular peanut butter.* * use vegan chocolate chips brand to enjoy life, which are dairy, nut and soy free. You can also use regular chips.90 dark chocolate calories, 4 g fat, carbohydrate 11 g, 5 g of protein, fiber 3 g, 5 g of sugarhttp://undressedskeleton.tumblr.com/post/38097445655#Disqus _threadTag on Instagram @beautyandbananas if you try this recipe!
