Maple Pecan cinnamon and raisins protein Waffles

Perfect fit protein 1 tablespoon (or choice of protein powder) 1/2 banana1/4 cup mashed eggwhites1 TBS ground flaxseed (optional) 1-2 tablespoons raisins2 tablespoon Pecans1 teaspoon cinnamon2-3 TBS almond Maple topping1 pure milkOrganic. Mashed banana and mix in proteins and other ingredients. Save 1 tablespoon of walnuts to the topping.2. Add a tablespoon of almond milk at the same time to get the dough to the right consistency3. Pour batter into waffle and cook for a few minutes.4 machine. TOPP with crushed walnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!

 Good morning! Today I thought I'd share one of my favorite combos! I made these a little while ago but I will definitely be making them this week! I love lemon pound cake and blueberry lemon muffins, but I have a much healthier alternative that still tastes amazing! Lemon zest blueberry protein waffles! 1 scoop perfect fit protein1/4 cup egg whites1/2 mashed banana1 Tbs. ground flaxseed 2 Tbs. almond milkcinnamon (optional)Zest and juice of one fresh lemon1/4 cup blueberries 230 cal, 23 g protein, 26 g carbs, 3.2 g fatCombine all ingredients and cook in a waffle maker for a few minutes, or until ready! You could also make these into pancakes! I topped mine with some blackberries, a sprinkle of stevia and a drizzle of honey! Yum!

Lemon Zest Blueberry Waffles

Good morning! Today I thought I'd share one of my favorite combos! I made these a little while ago but I will definitely be making them this week! I love lemon pound cake and blueberry lemon muffins, but I have a much healthier alternative that still tastes amazing! Lemon zest blueberry protein waffles! 1 scoop perfect fit protein1/4 cup egg whites1/2 mashed banana1 Tbs. ground flaxseed 2 Tbs. almond milkcinnamon (optional)Zest and juice of one fresh lemon1/4 cup blueberries 230 cal, 23 g protein, 26 g carbs, 3.2 g fat

Combine all ingredients and cook in a waffle maker for a few minutes, or until ready! You could also make these into pancakes! I topped mine with some blackberries, a sprinkle of stevia and a drizzle of honey! Yum!
